Queen's Valley School follows the ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) Board.

At Queen's Valley School, admissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a seat is offered, parents are provided a two-week period to complete the payment of the specified fee to confirm the admission. Additionally, parents will need to complete and submit various forms and declarations that will be sent along with the acceptance letter.

For Nursery admissions, the selection is based on an interaction between the child and parents. From Grade IV onwards, the school will conduct an entrance assessment. Exceptional students from reputable Indian schools with a strong academic background may be considered for direct admission, provided they submit certified mark sheets from the previous two academic years.

Parents can apply for admission at Queen's Valley School throughout the year, with interviews conducted as and when a vacancy arises. During registration, the following documents must be submitted to the Administrative Office:

- A completed and signed Registration Form.
- Recent passport-size color photographs of both the child and the parents.
- A photocopy of the Aadhar cards of the child and the parents.
- A copy of the child's Birth Certificate.

Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable, and registration does not ensure admission. Any incomplete or incorrect forms will be rejected.

- For Class I: 5.5 years

- For Class VIII: 12.5 years
- For Class IX: 13.5 years
